• Development and management of CMF proposals (Color, Materials & Finishes) for vehicle interiors and exterior paint finishes;
• Research and selection of innovative materials, finishes, and colors aligned with market trends and brand strategy;
• Creation of high-impact visuals and presentations to communicate design proposals;
• Support in defining color palettes, surface finishes, and material combinations;
• Collaboration with design, engineering, supplier, and client teams to ensure feasibility and quality of proposed solutions;
• Participation in design reviews, benchmarking activities, and aesthetic validation on both physical and digital mock-ups.

• • Proven experience in a CMF role within the automotive sector (2+ years);

  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Autodesk VRED;

  • Familiarity with Blender is considered a plus;

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory;
