RFQ & QUOTATION

The Quotation is base on the RFQ sent by the Customer. Usually we submit the Quotation within 2 days from RFQ.

DFM & TOOL DESIGN

The DFM is a technical review that we share with Customer. Usually we submit the DFM in 3 days. Then we take approximately 5 days to design the tool.

PLANNING, MANUFACTURING & REPORTING

Weekly the Customer will receive a report about working progress. Meeting in video-conference with the Plant is a normal procedure.

TOOL TRIALS

The first try-out will be done in our workshop in PRC. Customer can attend at the try-out. According to the Customer, another try-out can be made in Italy in our workshop.

CONSEGNA

Possiamo spedire lo strumento (via mare o via aerea) nel nostro laboratorio più vicino al cliente. Quindi, dopo l’approvazione finale, lo stampo viene consegnato al magazzino del cliente.
