FD Group, an Engineering & Design Consulting Company active throughout Italy and Europe, is looking for a professional to join its team as a Car Fleet Management Specialist:
Duties

Gather and consolidate vehicle needs from R&D departments.

Plan and monitor the use of fleet vehicles across project stages.

Optimize allocation and scheduling based on priorities and deadlines.

Support vehicle preparation and operational tasks in coordination with technical teams.

Oversee service interventions and modifications, ensuring proper tracking and planning.

Contribute to the improvement of digital tools used for fleet management.

Provide reporting and KPIs on vehicle usage and efficiency.

Act as a key point of contact for all fleet-related operations within development projects.
Requirements

Proven experience in automotive project management, especially within R&D.

Strong knowledge of prototype/test car management processes.

Mandatory tools: Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence.

Preferred tools: C-place, SAP.

Excellent communication, coordination, and planning skills.
