FD Group, an Engineering & Design Consulting Company active throughout Italy and Europe, is looking for a professional to join its team as a Development Engineer – Passive Safety Systems (Airbag/Seatbelt):
Duties

Co-design of passive safety components at module and system level.

Planning, supervision, and analysis of validation tests.

Preparation of technical documentation and progress reports.

Coordination of development activities with CAE and Systems Engineering departments.

Ensuring technical consistency and adherence to project timing, cost, and quality targets.
Requirements

Proven experience in passive safety (airbag, seatbelt, structures).

Knowledge of international standards and regulations in the field.

Proficiency with Project Management tools (MS Project or similar).

Knowledge of CATIA V5 and Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus.

Strong teamwork, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
