• Drafting and issuing production cycles for aeronautical components, including:
  • Evaluation of cycle times, setup times, tool consumption, and measurement strategies
  • Critical analysis of existing cycles with technical optimization and verification
• Preparation of preliminary PFMEA for process risk assessment
• Collaboration with process engineering for the industrialization of new products
• Support in defining production strategies for new mechanical processes
• Issuing operation cards
• Technical contribution in defining special processes (heat treatment and surface treatment)
• Managing equipment, tools, and machining strategies with a focus on production efficiency

• Proven experience in analyzing technical drawings
• Technical skills in the following processes: turning (hard and soft), milling, gear cutting (all related processes), grinding, balancing
• Deep knowledge of heat treatments and surface treatments, tolerance chains, aeronautical materials
• Ability to draft machining and assembly cycles
• Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD systems
• Familiarity with quality tools and risk analysis, especially PFMEA
• Knowledge of machinery, equipment, and tools for mechanical machining
• Operational autonomy, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail
